How we price projects: no hourly billing, no surprises

Oct 1, 2026 · 3 min read · BoostCab team

We don't bill by the hour. Here's exactly how our pricing works and why.

Fixed prices, approved in writing

Every project starts with a proposal: what we'll build, what it costs, and when it's done. You approve it before anything starts. The price in the proposal is the price you pay.

Setup vs. ongoing, kept separate

Some services have a one-time setup and an optional monthly plan (like chatbot care). We show these as separate lines, never bundled silently. If you don't want the monthly part, don't take it, the setup still works.

"Starting at" means starting at

Websites and web apps vary by scope, so we quote "starting at" prices. Your proposal nails down the exact number for your project before you commit.

Coupons exist, quietly

From time to time we offer coupon codes, to email subscribers, for example. If you have one, there's a place for it in the questionnaire, and the discount shows in your proposal.

No hourly meters running, no surprise invoices. Just a number you approved.
